These terms apply to the Brushoff app for iPhone, made by CARDIGITAL - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs the licence to use the app.
What the app does
Brushoff helps you find and delete photos and videos on your iPhone. You decide what to delete. The app only deletes items you marked and confirmed, and iOS asks you to confirm again. Deleted items stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days, after which iOS removes them for good. Sizes shown in the app are estimates.
You are responsible for what you choose to delete. Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose, for example with iCloud Photos.
Purchases
- Deleting needs Brushoff Pro. You can get it as a subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, length and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- A lifetime purchase is paid once and does not renew. The points below apply to subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost photos or data, or for indirect damages, arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
